Today Matthew and I have been married for 2 years! Time has really flown by and I can't wait for the many more years to come. Our wedding day was the best day of my life and I will never forget it! I love you Matthew with everything I have and I'm so happy that we became that special someone in each others lives. Happy 2 Year Anniversary! I love you!

Class of 2009!
I'm graduating today from SCC and I'm super excited! It has taken me a little longer than I'd like but the day is finally here! I have no idea if I want to continue with school at this moment. I know I'd like too, but I'm not sure as to what exactly I would study. I'd like to go to Baking and Pastry school, so I may do that or I may just work to save up some money and start a family. I don't know what's in the near future, but I'm very happy with what I have accomplished so far!

Fruity Delights
Matthew and I went to Barnes and Noble and bought some really good cook books. As we were walking out I saw this box that resembled a deck of cards but a little bigger and it was all about smoothies. We tried these two today and they were great!
We bought all frozen fruit except for the bananas which we cut up the entire bunch and put in the freezer. Try them! I will post more as we make them! :)

100 g (3 1/2 oz) plain yogurt
100 ml (3 1/2 fl oz) soy milk (we used regular 2% milk and it was just as good)
Blend all together. Swirl in a little yogurt to decorate.
75 g (3 oz) strawberries hulled
250 ml (8 fl oz) orange juice
Freeze bananas for about 2 hours
Blend all together until thick
Decorate with strawberries
Enjoy!
